Peter deRosa
Peter was a former member of troop 849 and achieved the rank of Eagle scout. He has served as scoutmaster of the troop in previous years and is currently the scoutmaster for troop 849. Peter has also created the Birchbark Expeditions canoe portage adventure which is conducted for the council, and navigates the dozens of lakes of Algonquin Provincial Park.
Kevin Mcnamara
Kevin has served as scoutmaster and has over 30 years of scout leadership experience. He was the team leader for the council spring camporee at Bonds Lake and is our most celebrated troop historian. Kevin is assisted in his trailblazing duties with his faithful guide Lexie the Wonderdog. (Wonder where our rations went).
Ross Trainer
Ross is our main man on scout records and advancement. An Eagle scout he was a former member of St Johns scout troop in Niagara Falls. Ross has extensive scouting skills and is very much the outdoorsman.
Dennis Darby
Dennis has served as assistant scoutmaster since 2004 and was a member of troop 64 as a scout, formerly at Niagara Falls Airbase. He also was in the former Communications Post previously sponsorecd by NY Telephone.

Stan Zak
Our leadership would not be complete without Our Man Stan, whom we proudly claim as all around good guy and anchorman for our whole troop. As a former 849 scout of old, he has returned to help us "get er done" Stan is a total community functionary and is known by... well every community minded member of the city of Niagara Falls.
Ray Delucci
Ray has come to us as a gift from the almost southern tier. He is an assistant scoutmaster, and brings the scout Eagle experience of a 51 merit badge recipient. Ray also provides excellent wilderness training at his totally forested private wilderness camp.
